  1. While I would like to 100% agree with this, I can’t say I’m not guilty of thinking “what do I have to give up in order to change?”

Change truly is a difficult thing to accept depending on it’s scope. Small changes are easier to accept than bigger ones. Changes that affect your life in a big way will be something to weigh you down heavily vs ones that affect it in a small way (even if it is incremental).

But I do agree that thinking of what one can gain instead of losing is a great way of remaining positive in the face of change.

    1. Thank you for your time. I wish you the best with whatever you are going through! They say there is light at the end of the tunnel… Hopefully it’s not a train coming.. Just being a bit silly XD

Change is hard, indeed. But there is always hope when you can see it! 😉

  2. It’s amazing how ‘fear’ of change holds us in a fixed position – even if that place is horrible to be in. This is so true – focus on the benefits of change… I like it! x

    1. Thank you for your time. This is a curse and a blessing that we – humans – have a high tolerance level to pain! A curse when it drives us crazy to the point of no return. A blessing when it makes us strive and change for the better. However, even when we hit rock bottom, it’s never too late!

Hopefully you are doing good! Wish you the best with everything!

      1. Yes – getting better having challenged the ‘fear’ and taken positive steps in a better direction. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step and I’ve taken the first step… Thanks so much and wish you much happiness in your life too. xx
