Stop Attacking Yourself And Protect Your Mental Health

Its a common self-inflicting practice; bashing and putting ourselves down. Today take a break and give yourself at least one compliment. Find something you like about yourself. It doesn’t have to be big. It could be that you like your eyes or your ability to be creative. It could be anything. But find at least something positive to say about your life or who you are today. Do so by looking at yourself in the mirror and smile back at your reflection. It may sound funny, but it is very therapeutic in essence 😉
