Pain Is Real But Suffering Is Optional

Pain is real yes. It hurts sometimes. We hurt. We get lost. We forget and sometimes we are clueless. We get confused. We get thrown off balance by others and by situations. We experience contrasts more than we wish to. Contrasts are all those things we don’t want to happen in our lives. Believe it or not they happen because we made the request. If you request a loving relationship; from the Universe point of view, you might have to go through an abusive one so that you know how to recognize and find someone loving. If you request profitable business, you may have to go through some tough years eating nothing but noodles so that you work your way out. We all know how pain feels like, one way or another we all experience it. But here’s the thing: Pain is real but suffering is optional. That’s right. Pain is always temporary. You can acknowledge a painful situation but you don’t have to keep suffering over and over again. It is the stories we tell ourselves that keep us experiencing suffering. If you are a biker like me, you probably hit your private parts against the bar once or twice. I don’t care if  you are a female or a male, that shyt hurts like hell! Well, although the pain from that painful experience marked you and set you off balance for a tiny little while, you eventually got over it and got back biking like nothing was, right? You didn’t give up biking just because you hit your private parts on the bar. You didn’t say “well that’s it for me folks! Hit my private parts! You’ll never see me biking again! I don’t want that to happen to me ever again!” Maybe it left you with a small bruise, but eventually it went away and you got over it. You didn’t keep on talking about that over and over gain. So you see, pain is real but suffering is optional. Everything is in the attitude. Release resistance now. Let go. Let it go…

I wish infinite love, health, healing, wealth, success, happiness, awareness, peace and wisdom upon your soul.
