Nothing Is Ever Set In Stone

So about yesterday face reveal… You now know who’s behind this blog. Yes. Kitty, the dimensioner! She’s the one who come up with all those amazing topics. She puts a lot of work in researching and documenting in between two looong long naps… Zzzz

Now let’s talk about the amazing subject of epigenetics and how we are being lied to about who we truly are. For those who are not familiar with the topic, epigenetics is the study of potentially heritable changes in gene expression. It’s a branch of biology. Just like neurosciences long thought our brain could not change, epigenetics thought we were just gene expressions of our parents and ancestors who were themselves expressions of their own parents and ancestors. New lab tests are showing it is not quite true. They have discovered that we can alter how our genes express themselves. Factors such as our state of mind and our environment play a huge part in how our DNA modifies itself to adapt to new circumstances. So no. It is not because there is cancer in your family history that means you will get cancer. Yes, the cancer gene may be in you, but it is your mind and your lifestyle that will decide whether the expression of cancer will be activated or not. It goes without saying the healthier your thoughts the better your chances at keeping bad genes inactive. And the power of the brain prevails again. I think it’s really exciting to know. Imagine what we will discover in the near future. I believe we are truly limitless.

I wish infinite love, health, healing, wealth, success, happiness, awareness, peace and wisdom upon your soul.
