1. Stretch your body parts : Stretching your body will give you immediate emotional relief. Don’t hurt yourself but do it meaningfully. This means to keep at it even if it hurts a little bit. It’s a good kind of pain. It trains your mind to accept and release pain. Get that blood going. Move the waste. It feels good. Inflammation is the body’s way of healing.
2. Love yourself : If you messed up in the past, forgive yourself. If someone treated you very badly and maybe they are still making you feel bad, forgive them. Become confident about the future. Slowly move away inward. One step at the time. Baby steps. Get closer to your inner/higher self. Respect yourself. You are deserving of health, understanding, loyalty, honesty, pure love, abundance and prosperity.
3. Trust the Universe : Everything is unfolding the way it should. Things that happened, had to happen for a particular reason you will understand later, if you don’t get it now. Things that you think should have happened, that didn’t happen, were maybe not meant to happen at the time you think they should have. If something or someone is meant to be, trust me, it will happen when it has to happen if it has to happen. It’s a simple law of physics. Keep the hope. Stay positive. Trust the process. Try to connect the dots.
With that being said, I understand that we’re all living on different conscious planes. I see and experience this everyday. While I wish some people I truly deeply love were on my consciousness level, I also understand I need to let them be. My path is not the only path that is right. Matter of fact, there are as many righteous paths as there are righteous people. It’s not because that I see something wrong that it means it is wrong. I just mind my own business and trust that everyone is where everyone should be. Everyone is doing what everyone should be doing. I believe I’m doing what I should be doing because I’m doing my best. And it’s quite good enough for me. What about you? Do you feel like you are doing what you should be doing? If the answer is no, you might want to start listening to yourself and shift things around now.
People live their life the way they think they have or want to live. We all tend to only see what we want to see anyway. Someone could still find something bad to say about a beautiful flower. More so, we only understand things the way we have the power to understand them. For that matter, It’s best to strop trying to explain your point of view to someone who is on a different level of understanding of what you are trying to explain. Chances are they will misinterpret you and make you look bad. Or, they will understand your point of view when they are ready to do so, on their time. Same way you understand things on your time, when you’re ready. That’s something you can’t force.
With that being said, I also realize that most of us seek instant external gratification and validation. We’re just all attempting to meet our needs. We all have the conscious or subconscious desire to feel good. People will do whatever they can to avoid pain, even if the way they do it is somehow seen as destructive. At the end of the day, people will be people… Well, until physically proven otherwise that is… I’m looking at you David Icke.
I live my life the way I want to live not the way I think I have to. And guess what? I’ m getting healthier everyday. I’m following my bliss. For the first time in my life I say “no” to negative people who wants to cause drama. I say yes to my goals and dreams. I always try to do the right thing and I don’t care if a hundred people do the wrong thing. If it does not feel right, I trust the vibes.
I let go of the past. I’m confident about the future. I live in the present. I help my brain produce good chemicals instead of bad chemicals. Love and positive thoughts are the key to good chemistry. The results? My blood has never been better. My immune system is starting to work again.
I trust that the Universe is out to help me becoming my greatest version. I see the bigger picture. It all seems to happen in divine order. Everything I went through in the past was necessary for me to become the person I was meant to be. I fear not the obstacles to come because I know every obstacle is designed to teach me something new about myself. I embrace the journey. I am thankful and grateful to be alive. And as long as I’m alive, I will strive. Love yourself. Love and believe. You are worthy of infinite abundance.
I wish infinite love, health, healing, wealth, success, happiness, awareness, peace and wisdom upon your soul.
