How To Make Your Intuition Stronger And Make Better Decisions

I believe that even the most left-brain individual of this world has an intuitive mind. We were all born with an inner guidance system, a higher self. But we live in societies that are masters at dimming the individual self, keeping us operating in low frequencies by labeling us. We are told to do this, study that, marry this kind of person or that certain individuals with certain cultural backgrounds are either superior or inferior. Bullshit.

All those social concepts are just set up to keep us away from operating from higher perspectives thereby creating a sense of powerlessness. Powerlessness instills fear in us. And when we operate from fear, whether it is fear of change, fear of being alone, fear of success, fear of failure, fear of greatness, fear of rejection, fear of attachment, we make really bad decisions that are not in alignment with who we are and often hurt.

Here just few benefits of cultivating a strong intuition:

  • It reduces stress by helping you identify and handle problems more efficiently.

  • It makes you more sensitive to the energy of the environments and people around you since you become more sensitive to your own energy.

  • It boosts imagination and creativity.

  • It supports and augments your analytical brain in decision making.

  • It allows you to be open to new ideas that can lead to success.

  • It boosts your confidence in your own judgment and wisdom.

  • It makes you feel like a more integrated, authentic person.

As you can see, you can miss out on a lot of information when you do not listen to your intuition.

So here just a few ways we can make our intuition stronger:

  1. Overcome fear and negative emotions : I think that’s the most important one because in order for your intuition to work at its full potential, you must come from a non-judgmental and totally neutral place. As said above, fear based decisions (fear of the unknown, fear of change, fear of being alone, fear of attachment, etc.) are often bad decisions. They are a stress response. In other words, negative emotions like anger, jealousy, resentment or envy always lead to producing negative energy in the long term.

You want to make sure you try to consistently keep yourself relatively in a good place. Otherwise your intuition is bias. So you might want to meditate and think about what you’re about to do before taking any action. Where are you coming? Fear? Anxiety?

  2. Dim  your ego : Another important one. Let go of your desire to be right at all cost. It’s okay to apologize. It’s okay to admit your wrongs. Our perception is not the only truth, even if when we feel hurt.

If you operate solely with your ego, your intuition becomes bias because it does not come from a neutral place. It comes from a place of resistance and when we offer any kind of resistance, we are not in alignment with love. The ego is the lower self. So since the intuitive mind is the higher self, we must truly tame the ego in order to get clear unbiased answers.

  3. Open your mind : It’s actually really recommended that you question your own beliefs. Especially if what you believe does not help you progress and keep you stuck. If you keep getting the same kind of unsatisfying life or relationship patterns over and over again, maybe you need to change your mind. Maybe you need to get rid of old beliefs and integrate new ones.

  4. Communicate and express yourself more : Nobody can read minds really… Well at least not like that yet. So even when we think the way we feel is obvious and people around us should catch hints, it’s not always the case. We all can only experience this human life through the Eye of self. Which means, I see life through my Eye and you see life through yours.

We both have a different vision, a different view of the same world. So if you want to make your intuition stronger, you need to open up more. Express yourself and communicate so that you can gather all the pieces you need to understand the puzzle better. Collect clues. Maybe the person you think hates you does not hate you at all. Maybe the person you perceive as snobbish is very laid back and chill…. etc. But if you don’t investigate, your intuition is merely bias.

  5. Pay attention to people actions : A lot of people talk but very few people actually walk the talk. Actions speak louder than words. Someone tells you they love you while being in a relationship with someone is a red flag. They are manipulative. Someone gossips all the time about others in your presence, it’s another red flag. They probably gossip about you when you’re not there. The way people behave with you tells a lot about who they are. The way they treat you as well. Listen to what they say but pay much closer attention to their actions. But, as said in the previous point, you may want to communicate and investigate prior to jumping to conclusions.

There are many more ways you can exercise your intuition, but the general point here is check your emotions. While our emotions can help us fine tune our inner guidance system and help us become more intuitive, they can also make our judgment bias.

But, don’t stress about that, because at the end of the day, there are no mistakes really. We  either learn or win, which in my opinion is the same damn thing. In other words, sometimes we gotta go deep down the emotional hole before we get it right.

Anyway… do what feels right to you as long as you are ready to face the consequences 😉

I wish infinite love, health, healing, wealth, success, happiness, awareness, peace and wisdom upon your soul
