We live in a world that requires a solid backbone just to get through the day sometimes. With everything that  is going on, we often time put ourselves vulnerable to dangerous emotional and mental exhaustion.

8. Spend quality time with yourself and/or people you absolutely love a little bit more everyday

9. Be grateful and thankful a little bit more everyday

10. Spend time in nature (somewhere really green preferably)

11. Trust that everything happens in perfect time-space and whatever is meant for you will either come back OR never miss you
