Practicing Positive Reinforcement On Yourself

The inner dialogue we maintain with ourselves is crucial to our emotional and physical health.

For better health, high energy and vibrations, try practicing positive reinforcement on yourself.

Punishment and talking down on yourself will suck the life out of you. It’s a bad habit. On top of that, when we discriminate ourselves we tend to also discriminate others.

If you hate your looks, you don’t have to be so harsh all the time. Try spot something you like instead.

Positive reinforcement is a good way to train the brain to produce good chemistry inside your body. Good blood, low pressure, less anxiety, better health.

Let’s never forget that every single cell in our body has a brain on their own and they listen to everything we say, then they respond to what is said. So yes, we have the power to make ourselves pretty, ugly, sick or healthy through our inner dialogue. Choose your words and thoughts  wisely.
