The Importance Of Just Showing Up

Feels good to finally be here. I’m later than usual but I made a vow to show up anyway. I almost had a heart attack. My laptop was not turning on. As a computer engineer it’s my main tool so I was not having it. Then my little brother called me and we had quite a long chat.

All of that got me thinking about the importance of just showing up. No matter what you’re dealing with right now, it could be depression, business, school, a project that is taking longer than expected, a boring job you want to leave, meetings, medical appointments… There is power in just showing up, even if you’re not all there.

Showing up means to make a little effort to be present. People will remember that you showed up or got up even if your hair was not done, your breathe stank and you look like a lion just attacked you… Try to be there the best way you can be there. It means a lot. You can even show up in your pajamas if you don’t want to dress up but make an effort to go or stand.

Taking baby steps towards your healing, success or growth journey by just showing up will have huge impacts in the long run.

I know how hard it is. That’s why I’m always here by your side.

Infinite love, health, healing, wealth, success, happiness, awareness, peace and wisdom your way

    1. Thank you Susan. Some people are natural born Empaths an don’t even know it. They take on others energy as their own. It’s almost an automatic like a second nature. Empaths have to learn to harvest that inner-power so that they don’t overwhelm themselves. But like you said, showing up is often half the battle won πŸ˜‰

Much blessings and love your way!
