The Primordial Importance Of Feeling Right And Self-Awareness

I just finished watching Lewis Howes interviewing Najwa Zebian. That interview got me thinking about the primordial importance of feeling right about your life and your relationship with… yourself.

Self-awareness is everything. We can only be conscious of others the way we are conscious about ourselves.

Someone can see beauty in you, but if you don’t see it in yourself first, you wont believe them.

Someone can truly love you but if you don’t love yourself first, you will think they are playing with you.

But that’s not what’s dangerous here. What can be detrimental in those circumstances is when you allow someone to plant something in you that you don’t see in you. This can be good or bad. It’s great when they awake you to your inner beauty that you are self-unaware of. It will give you a lot of confidence. However, they can also awake demons and plant seeds of doubts in you.

When we don’t know who we are, we tend to look for ourselves in others and we sometimes find ourselves in situations that create a false identity.

That’s why self-awareness is really everything. If you aware of what’s inside you and what’s not, it will be easier for you to stop others from instilling things that could really harm who you are because you know who you are.

Know yourself. Know your worth. Know what you deserve. Don’t let people walk all over you. Don’t let people make you feel less than a human being.

Becoming self-aware of who you are/who you are not and feeling right about yourself regardless of whether they like you or not will save you a lot of headaches.

You are worthy and you deserve the best but you have to discover it for yourself first.

Infinite love, health, healing, wealth, success, happiness, awareness, peace and wisdom your way
